IceManNYR 223 Posted April 18, 2013 Share Posted April 18, 2013 Larry Mendte and Sukanya Krishnan anchored special coverage of the Boston Memorial Service today. Also on Monday they had Larry Mendte and Kaity Tong anchoring the breaking news coverage. Tamsen was not on till the 10pm newscast. Makes me wonder if Larry is eventually going to anchor or co-achor any of the newscasts? It appears the 11 stories in 10 minuets format for the a block is gone. The a block tonight went 15 minuets. Although he's not my choice to be co-anchor, it seems that there's a very high probability that Larry gets the position if they decide to switch to a two anchor format. After the intro animation they went to a camera shot of a video screen on the front of the news desk then panned up to show the news desk.
