BehindNYNews 143
Anyone have the sweeps info? I assume WABC stays #1 but I wonder how WCBS is doing in the mornings and how WPIX is doing in the evenings with Scott.

BehindNYNews 143
And here is the press release from WABC... http://abclocal.go.com/wabc/story?section=resources/tv_listings&id=9345980 EWN is #1 at all times except for at 4pm where it is growing but has no news competition. At all times they share newscasts (morning, noon, 5, 6 & 11) they are #1 in Households and Key Demos including the 4:30am half hour which was up for question in May. Something interesting I didn't know, World News beats Nightly News even in NYC. I didn't know to such scale WABC was #1, they are pretty much #1 at all times of the day except for the 4pm hour (10am and 3pm are not mentioned so I can't tell). Great work WABC! dabx 55
I haven't seen any articles about the November sweeps for the NYC stations. When are they due out?
wabceyewitness 767
The local press stopped covering sweeps a while ago.. It's really just limited now to some blogs that rely mostly on station press releases.
