Eat News 4738
somethings not right, also can't the nd get in trouble for deleting computers and evidence tampering Unless there is an actual criminal investigation, then there cannot be tampering of 'evidence". His breach of contract lawsuit is civil only. Not criminal so a much different 'standard of proof " will apply. .

AJClementeFan69 477
If he can substantiate any of the allegations against the ND that is at the very least an extremely serious ethical violation. Not even going to touch the legal ramifications if any. Of course, ethics and the Fort Myers market don't exactly go hand-in-hand based on their Waterman competition. One of the rare instances IMO where being owned by family companies doesn't seem to benefit the public. All of this based on the childish spats between and (alleged) ethical lapses of both newsrooms. You hate to see the behemoths eat up more small or family owned groups, but I don't think a company like Hearst or Raycom (for example) would tolerate the antics. Eat News 4738
Unfortunately the "Ethics" ship in TV news sailed long ago. Ethics in tv news are not decided by courts.

Hence my not even touching the legal ramifications of this since none of us know what was allegedly "breached" in his contract or if it constitutes a legal breach of contract at all.
