How the networks will be covering the Scalia funeral.

Fox News Channel: Neil Cavuto and Chris Wallace will be anchoring coverage from 11am - 1pm. A special edition of Happening Now anchored by Jon Scott and Jenna Lee will air from 1-2, followed by Outnumbered from 2 - 3pm. Afterward, a special edition of America's Newsroom will air from 3 - 5pm.

 

CNN: CNN is providing coverage from 10am - 1pm, anchored by Wolf Blitzer, Jake Tapper, and Jeffrey Toobin. Carol Costello will also join in the coverage from the Basilica. Pam Brown and Joan Biskupic will contribute.

 

MSNBC: Brian Williams will anchor "Remembering Justice Scalia" from 10am - 2pm.

 

C-SPAN: Coverage of the mass will begin at 11am.

 

I'm not sure if the broadcast nets will be carrying it. Does anyone have anything from the nets such as a cut-in schedule? I figure in these kind of events, they'd offer a cut-in.

With it coming right in the middle of E/I prime it'll have to be a local decision. Outside of Washington, very few over-the-air stations are likely to carry it so they don't have to shove the 'educational' animal shows to Sunday.

In addition, both CBS and Fox were airing college basketball on a network level at that time as well.
