Looks to be Barlow Condensed or Semi Condensed, I think. While a free typeface, we've seen quite a few uses of free type (including Lato) at Nexstar and elsewhere (the Channel 10 Australia relaunch last year uses a lot of free type, including Barlow Condensed for news).
