I know in my hometown of Colorado Springs, Colorado - KRDO and KKTV began going 24 hours a day in 2003. They stopped signing off for the night. That was when KKTV finally started airing CBS News Up to the Minute (now CBS Overnight News), and KRDO finally decided to air ABC's World News Now.
