TallyNewsJunkie 22 Posted August 25, 2020 Posted August 25, 2020 According to an article posted on FTVLive Gray Media Group is launching a streaming news service for all 93 of their markets and beyond called Local News Live. I'm curious as to how this will work. Something like News Nation??? I work for Gray and I don't even know much about this project.... I'm excited to see what happens with it.
CircleSeven 1960 Posted August 28, 2020 Posted August 28, 2020 Northpine has a bit more info. This new service will be based out of Omaha's WOWT. While News Nation will be exclusively on a cable channel, Local News Live will be streaming on all the Gray stations websites and mobile apps.
mightynine 290 Posted December 16, 2020 Posted December 16, 2020 Gray is working on its own streaming news service, Local News Live. Recently reassigned WAFB/Baton Rouge anchor Graham Ulkins is part of the mix, which sounds it'll be a Fox News Now-like service. Interested to see how it comes out!
TheRob 938 Posted December 17, 2020 Posted December 17, 2020 This guy is a local radio host. I don't think he has ever worked in television.
CircleSeven 1960 Posted January 5, 2021 Posted January 5, 2021 Looks like the same day Biden gets sworn in will be their launch date.....
suzannesstud 0 Posted February 8, 2021 Posted February 8, 2021 Does Local News Live have it’s own stream, or is it be accessed through the current local stations’ live streams where their local news and live events are streamed? What time should I be trying to watch it?
TallyNewsJunkie 22 Posted February 17, 2021 Author Posted February 17, 2021 I'm wondering the same thing. I have not heard much about it.
