The Nightbeat 10 Posted March 24, 2023 Posted March 24, 2023 Hello. First time poster, long time reader. I work for an AMB station and was told we are getting a standardized graphics package. Don't know when it is happening. I am excited to see what the company develops.
Oliverolang 41 Posted March 25, 2023 Posted March 25, 2023 Great to know, KWWL is still using the Quincy Era set and graphics and probably other stations as well. Also welcome to TVNT!
T.L. Hughes 903 Posted May 8, 2023 Posted May 8, 2023 Don’t know if this is the standardized look in question, but WAAY debuted a new package, theme (“True News” by 11 One/Music, the company launched last year by 615 Music founder Randy Wachtler) and news set on May 4:
TennTV1983 807 Posted May 8, 2023 Posted May 8, 2023 The set is okay. I have no real issue with it. The graphics on the other hand just screams CHEAP. You can also tell that the opens tried to mimic the CBS O&O look in a way animation-wise, but overall, it just looks awful compared to the other stations in the market.

This is one of those instances were more gloss and shine would help, and color gradients. The glassy city shots looks ok, but the abrupt appearance of the logo at the end doesn't work like how they wanted it to. Also, that stark yellow for the midday open
