I taught broadcasting last year part time while working full time as a reporter at a tv station. I reached out to Stephen Arnold at the beginning of last year and they gave us a license for Lighthouse and access to The Vault For our projects/newscast. I’ve since quit both jobs and am in the process of starting my own streaming news/weather website for the county I live in. Both with my project and when teaching, Stephen Arnold Music was very supportive and helpful. I actually just licensed Frequency for my operation. If you have a budget, I encourage you to reach out to Jeff Ryan at SAM and see what they can do to help you!! Thanks so much for your kind words! Wow, that's amazing, great job with that, hope your operation is successful! We barley have a budget but I'll definitely keep that in mind! One of our past alumni actually made our current music (an update to that package coming with the new school year, hopefully I'll share it with y'all next week!) and so it is kinda special to us but we'll see how things go! This is episode two of the school year, and a HUGE improvement over the first! And here's pictures of our new set, not exactly the plans we had in mind, but I am very happy with it, hope you like it too! ATLNewsExpert 455
Folks, when life gives you lemons, make lemonade we're told. So when an orange plume of chlorine filled the air causing school to be virtual for two weeks, hence we couldn't record in studio, make lemonade we did, in the form of a virtual episode! Despite not being together, every part of our team did an outstanding job on this episode! We still maintained a good sense of professionalism that we are known for despite the current situation and I do think it is one of our best ones! Hope you enjoy! https://lnkd.in/gQx87MND 1 Link to comment https://localnewstalk.net/topic/19864-a-fresh-start-for-school-news/page/2/#findComment-301100 Share on other sites
