September 21, 1987 marked 20 years to the day he and Kathi Goertzen first anchored KOMO News 4o together. As part of the celebration, on Monday, October 1, KOMO aired a six-minute segment featuring a look back into his storied career. His first newscast with KOMO, as well as scores of clips from the '80s and '90s were included. Lewis came to KOMO from WJLA in Washington DC, and prior to that he spent several years at WISN TV in Milwaukee.
