Comcast to split into two companies

Big news this morning.

 

Comcast will split into two independent companies. One will include the media and entertainment business (including NBCUniversal) and the other will include the broadband and wireless business.

So after all that trouble to have Comcast acquire NBCU it's effectively being reversed.
