They seem to buffer for a second and then go to "Ready". They seem to buffer for a second and then go to "Ready". Not all the stations stream video 24/7 so you may just get a blank screen.. Some of the stations on LiveNewsCameras may only stream video if there is actual breaking news happening, a live newscast, or something else they want other stations/people to see. Those stations will let the moderator know if video will be on their streams and the moderator will let the LiveNewsCamera viewers know.
