newswatch 1
Interesting thing, and more inportant than ever: after they hung up their pom-poms for good, they do not end up as actresses, models or adult film stars. These former NFL Cheerleaders are now local anchors/reporters. And, who knows? Maybe they will be working alongside Katie Couric, Lesley Stahl, Barbara Walters, Diane Sawyer and Christiane Ahmanpour. http://procheerleaderblog.com/blog1/reporters/ Link to comment https://localnewstalk.net/topic/3550-newswomen-who-are-former-nfl-cheerleaders/ Share on other sites
rjdickens 1
On the other hand, our Phil Journey's daughter Carol (who had to give up her gig as as Kansas City Chiefs cheerleader to do the show) was the first one thrown off Big Brother last year. Prodo1 1
I have no problem with woman who were cheerleaders, that are now anchors. As long as they can deliver the news with some credibility. Its good to see a pretty woman on t.v., especially with so much ugliness in the world. Now on the other hand, if they come across as a bimbo,... kick 'em to the curb, and tell 'em vivid video is hiring fluffers for $39.99/hour down the street!
