I don't think this is a WPIX production... sounds more infomercialish or "pay for play" (e.g. the Gannett local morning shows like "Sacramento & Co.") than anything else.

It seems to be more of an LXTV Open House NYC or NYCTV type show, rather than an infomercial.

I think it is exactly like Open House NY which airs on WNBC.

Except that CW11 local reporter Cathy Hobbs is one of the anchors of this program....
