Bonten buys Landmark's WTVF

It appears that private equity firm company Bonten Media Group is planning to buy WTVF-Channel 5 in Nashville from Landmark Communications as they continue to sell all of their media assets.

I wonder what will happen to KLAS-TV, the CBS station in Las Vegas. Landmark is selling it as well, isn't it? They're also selling The Weather Channel to NBC, too.
