I have and I know if I was a station's webmaster or web producer, this kind of thing would bug me. Just look at the photo below. Most of the NBC O&O's websites have that for the page title of their newsteam page. I think a couple O&O's noticed it and had the "female and male" part removed. It should just say something like "News Team" or "News Anchors and Reporters". I don't know what the person who came up with the templates was thinking.
