She will be a great addition anywhere shes goes shes very friendly and funny love watching her in the mornings. Always very professional and from what I could gather, was pretty accurate when it came to weather forecasting. I'm sure Mark will do a good job until a replacement is named (or if he gets the morning spot). lazynetjunkie 34 Posted September 12, 2008 Share Posted September 12, 2008 I believe she has a home down there already. She seems to vacation alot down there by Tampa so it's good for her. She was great in Chicago. I personally would have made her chief/evening meteorologist at FOX Chicago instead of Amy Freeze. She was great in Chicago. I have the feeling Mark Strehl will be the permanent replacement. He works well and has good chemistry with the rest of the Good Day Chicago team when he fills in (which he does ALOT). Plus, Chicago needs a kind of goofy larger weather guy with a sense of humor in the morning.
