Its text on a white screen, one promo reads "BREAKING NEWS, Story at 11". the "at 11" fades out and something along the line of "when you want it" fades in. Another one I just half-caught had "Action News?" up, but I was in the process of changing the channel and by the time I had changed back, the "Next Generation of News" logo was up. Doesn't look like it's tied to anything, simply plugging all the technology bells and whistles they've added over the past year.
