WPLG-ABC 10 anchor Charles Perez filed a petition in Miami-Dade court for an injunction for protection against domestic violence. Perez, 46, alleges that his former partner, Dennis Ricardo Peña, has ''stalked, harassed and threatened'' him, and vowed to wreck his TV career.

Peña, 41, filed his own petition Thursday for a domestic violence injunction. It is Perez who threatened him, he insists, adding that Perez's allegations are ''all a lie.'' Perez has a lawyer, Richard Milstein. Peña, who says he's an unemployed paralegal, represents himself.

*snip*

Peña filed a 12-page motion to dismiss Perez's petition. The motion mentions Perez's co-anchor Laurie Jennings and her contract negotiations; details of the Perez-Peña sexual relationship; and Perez's relationship with a new partner, accountant Keith Rinehard. In the motion, Peña claims that Perez reached out to the therapist 'for counsel with his `gender identity issues.' ''

It reads like a Queen of the Willis episode synopsis!
