KCAL 9 NEWS is running a promo with Rick Garcia and Pat Harvey anchoring weeknights at 8 and 10.

Yes, he started anchoring the 8pm and 10pm news last Thursday.

I was a fan of Rick's when he was on FOX 11. I think he will do very well on KCAL 9. 11's loss is 9's gain.
