Anne State, who had been co-anchoring the station's 5 p.m., 6 p.m. and 10 p.m. newscasts will now only front the 5 p.m. broadcast while taking on reporting assignments. Rob Johnson will anchor solo at 6 p.m. and 10 p.m. The station also plans to discontinue its weekend morning newscasts, which have been its least profitable."
Amra 171 Posted May 6, 2009 Posted May 6, 2009 But, now watching the 5pm news and Anne and Rob are anchoring together. Wasn't Anne supposed to anchor solo at 5? And Rob solo at 6 & 10pm?

Link 3 Posted May 8, 2009 Posted May 8, 2009 What are they thinking? Why can't Anne continue anchoring the other two newscasts? This station doesn't stick with anything. I don't like newscasts with solo anchors. No wonder I hardly watch this station!
