watsgood 0
I don't get to watch every day, but lately I've noticed Maria LaRosa doing the weekday a.m. weather (including this morning), and Brooks was doing the weather last evening. Does anyone know if this is a permanent switch? Link to comment https://localnewstalk.net/topic/539-cbs3-weather/ Share on other sites
ThunderJay27 45
I don't believe so. I think it's just the old, "I'm going away this weekend. Can you cover for me this weekend and I'll cover ya Monday morning." Link to comment https://localnewstalk.net/topic/539-cbs3-weather/#findComment-4336 Share on other sites
nigelbruce 0
With ratings starting Thursday, anything is possible. IMO, both are doing a solid job. And --- they are clearly not Weather Liars --- hyping every little flake like it's going to be a ten-inch snowfall. malexander131 0
I also read somwhere that Brooks Tomlin is going for his doctorate, so that may have something to do with it. Just saw a promo for Maria in the mornings. So this sounds like the actual answer. watsgood 0
Yes, it's LaRosa in the a.m. I wonder if Brooks has an actual permanent timeslot, or if he's really going to just "fill in" while he's working on his doctorate (if that's the case).
