Young using central package?

I think Young Broadcasting may be going with a company wide graphics package.

They are using the same package as KWQC, who has been using it since Oct. '08...

Now it is in no way the exact same, they are both different in some way... but Im thinking young is going with a similar package throughout.

It's not really a new package as WKRN has been using most of KWQC's graphical elements since late last year. The opens, the lower 3rds, and the over-the-shoulders are still unchanged since 2006.

Ew, why is it that everything Young touches turns into garbage. WKRN has always had some pretty hideous packages and it didn't disappoint this time.

I sure wish WATE would use these graphics. The current graphics they (WATE) have are not too good.

 

I do like KWQC's version of the graphics.
