kjohnson 17 Posted July 17, 2009 Posted July 17, 2009 Noticed this today when I was watching a weather update. Richard Malmos, who had voiced KMOV for many years has been replaced with a new voice. I'll get a sound clip and post it here to see if anybody can identify him.

Richard Malmos, who had voiced KMOV for many years has been replaced with a new voice. I'll get a sound clip and post it here to see if anybody can identify him. I noticed it too, he sounds terrible. It doesn't work well with the hard-news music that KMOV uses. I guess it was too costly to keep Malmos as a VO.
