alaskanews 113
tvnewser.com NBC News Moving TO HD, & Other Notes From The Town Hall Meeting Note from Steve Capus' NBC News town hall meeting this afternoon, via a tipster: > "Early 08 will see the use of HD cameras in the field on NBC news productions." > "NBC Nightly News will go HD in March." > "MSNBC will move to 30 Rock during the 4th quarter of the year." > "Capus says MSNBC is the best story of the network right now then crows about Scarborough beating Larry King Tuesday." > "Wants MSNBC to be high definition ASAP although he cannot give any date yet but it is something he is going to look at." im assuming new graphics for nightly news? i dont like their current lower 3rds, so hopefully it will be an improvement. the NN set was built like 10 years ago, it still looks great and should still look great in HD Link to comment https://localnewstalk.net/topic/566-nbc-news-in-hd/ Share on other sites

Jterry 43
all of those months mentioned are in 08? As far as I've understood everything that has been mentioned about this, is that NBC Nightly News will be going HD (at least studio shots) in March of this year.
