WXmanTim 88
World News Now covered it this morning during their "The Skinny" segment...also ran Sue Simmon's slip-up and had a still of Dari's expression. DMA 135
Because the US still has somewhat of a sense of decency compared to other countries. It's just in such bad taste to have profane language on broadcast TV. It's only a matter of time before it spreads to the airwaves during the day. Of course, it's completely easy for today's middle school kids to see stuff much worse than what's on after 9pm. Yet we're allowed to have graphic violence and gore on shows like 24? That's certainly not decent? Profane language and nudity does much less harm to children than exposure to violence. Middle school children already know all the words. Wouldn't it also be the responsibility of the parent to know what their children are watching? cbs2idiots 24
Honestly, I think I was laughing more because of Dari's expression rather than Ernie's F-bomb. johnnyc 0
Dari tried to move into the next upcoming story on mothers & fitness. Ernie seeing that she was in the video exercising started to almost make cat calls.“Hey that's you, looking good”. Time to go Ernie. Harry Houdini 0
24 compared to the news? Hmmm. They are two different things. No comparison. Ernie stays.
