Kind of creepy if you ask me. At first I thought they were using WeatherCentral 3D:Live, but now I'm pretty sure it's AccuWeather's Cinema:LIVE 3D. I imagine they are using two boxes to project that, which is why he has to step off the wall, so they can switch to the second box.
