I have to say, she has been my favorite anchor in this market over the years.....

I sincerely hope this was her choice and not some shoddy housekeeping by management. 24 years is an accomplishment and Kathy will always remain a class act.

Nowadays, who knows how much of it is truly Kathy's desires. I wish Frank and her much success!!
10Viewer 338 Posted November 5, 2009 Posted November 5, 2009 Most likely, as is the case with Bill Ratliff, they offered her reduced compensation for her next contract. Don't think for a minute that Fox doesn't want to trim the staff at WTVT. Kathy was a real bright spot. It is sad to see her and Frank retire. Also, Howard Shaprio. All three were the best.
