They should try to hire David Aldrich who was dumped from Fox 29 a few months back. I agree...Erica was very pleasant and knowledgeable and Melissa has her work cut out for her. 10 needs real help. Any chance they can see an opportunity to revamp by adding Erica Grow and Rob Guarino? From what I heard, Erica posted on her Facebook that she is getting out of TV altogether so I don't think she will be going to 10.
