kjohnson 17 Posted August 20, 2010 Posted August 20, 2010 From Broadcasting and Cable: Vincent Young has assumed the role and title of non-Executive Chairman of the Board of New Young Broadcasting and stepped down as CEO, according to a company memo from Chief Restructuring Officer Kevin Shea to Young employees dated Aug. 19 and obtained by B&C. http://www.broadcastingcable.com/article/456185-Vincent_Young_Out_as_New_Young_Broadcasting_CEO.php
mre29 1563 Posted August 20, 2010 Posted August 20, 2010 So, would this be the start of an attempt to sell off the [New] Young stations individually or in small groups instead of keeping them together? I seem to recall Vincent Young insisting on the latter.
lugnuts6 91 Posted August 21, 2010 Posted August 21, 2010 uh, where does this leave the 3 young broadcast..uh i mean NEWco ...or is it still young broadcasting stations that arent a part of the Gray /Young deal (mainly WLNS , WATE and the $400million pound elephant KRON)
