wabceyewitness 827 Posted October 3, 2010 Posted October 3, 2010 Yes, it is definitely a cost-saving move. Disney owns the studios at Times Square. Anytime ABC News uses it, they do have to make a budget transfer to Times Square Studios, Ltd., the Disney-owned company that that oversees the studio.
