Then that figure was shot down by some as a little high. I do think Chuck Scarborough is the highest paid anchor in the city and makes more than $1.5 million a year. This was interesting to find both because of the fact Hampton Roads is a mid-size/small market and that WAVY in particular has a habit of being...cheap.
