I find it odd that you consider yourself a local TV "activist" yet praise Perry Sook any time you can. If you really were an "activist" you'd hate Sook just like everyone else in the industry.

It looks like it's the old ticker. With the last package didn't they shrink the video frame in its entirety to where the program is shrunken but with a U shaped background with the ticker at the bottom. Rant:
