Finally... the commute to the Bay will happen tomorrow. SKW4712 to LAX, 4hr layover, followed by SKW4597 to SFO. After that... what i do up there will just be an open book, anything and everything could happen during a usual visit for me up there. All i care is, i'm just going to my second home and seeing the wonderful people in my life that live up there. :-)

Though the events of today of a radical change for a certain population group in this country was long, long overdue, let us not forget that there is still hatred in this country for the people who just want to be themselves, serving their country, openly and freely. They, in public life too can be ridiculed and bullied until they cant handle it anymore, because some unfortunately don't realize that there is HELP for them to get through life. If anyone outside of my friends gets this, and is...

One of the best LA trips I've had so far in a long long time. Another thing I know is, I have some of the most amazing friends on this planet and I am blessed to be around them every single minute of my life. I hope the trip up to the Bay next week will be on par with this weekend. :-)

Back to LA... driving this time however.

The commute to the Bay, my second home, returns on Friday! Looking forward to just enjoying good food, good friends, and wonderful wonderful times! :-)

Today was one of those days that you realized how blessed you are to have the people that surround you with love, friendship, and simple joy. You also meet new friends that also give you that same gratitude and feeling. Its also a day of remembering how far a life has come in a decade and where it will go in the next decade and beyond. What sort of networking and friendships are around the corner. All i know is, that im along for the ride, just enjoying it to its fullest. :-)

I might get some flak for this but im speaking my mind. Why must the media over-hype the 10th annv of one of the darkest days in America, i feel as if im being force to re-live it all over again. Whatever happened to use looking towards the present and the future? I understand that we can't forget it, but when its "force-fed" upon us and so on, it just makes my stomach sick. And for the record, i will NEVER, EVER, forget what happened that day. You shouldn't either. I'm just pissed at the media.

The raindrops that are falling on me coupled with a nice ocean breeze and the amazing new Andrew Bayer album puts my mind into one of peace and relaxation. No other way to describe how I currently feel on this planet.

A new fun fact. On my OpenFlights account, i have finally passed 100 segments traveled in terms of long roadtrips, certain rail trips, and all of my flights since January of 2008. The 100th segment was SKW4575 from LAX last night home to Lindbergh.

The trip that i did today was one of the best day trips that i could've planned. SAN-LAX-PHX-SLC-LAX-SAN, 5 planes, 4 of the flights in first. Saw a 41yr senior f/a commute home for the last time from her trip. Went through some awesome weather up to SLC from PHX. Saw a most amazing sunset leaving SLC, and actually re-connecting with someone you met 3 years ago. Yeah, i had a blast. :-)

3 hrs of sleep, followed by a day of flying once again.

Thinking about Phoenix for a daytrip Saturday..

I am often reminded of how precious life for all of us is. Of course to some perhaps its not the case. But i look at it this way, if you cant live life to its fullest, then, what is life for you exactly? Always take the time to tell your friends, your parents, how much you love and cherish them. Because you never know when you might not be able to say such kind, wonderful things to them. Also, just be blessed and thankful with what has been given to you by whoever is above us all.

Not less than 5min after I get off DAL1851, I'm now in seat 1D on SKW4818 to LAX. Once again, #ilovedelta and SkyWest.
