I’m pleasantly surprised. Action News is known for not hiring from other stations in the market. But I love Jessica’s work. They made a great choice.

I would always watch him when I visited my family in Delaware. I always enjoyed him. Cheers to new adventures.

I’m shocked. I really am. I thought he and Pat Harvey were great together. Sending prayers and love to his family, friends and his KCBS/KCAL colleagues.

Are there any Gray stations actually worth watching/working for?

It’s such a shame that Scripps has fallen this far. The Scrippscast has really tarnished them. Why couldn’t they just do this in smaller markets and implement at bigger stations as they see fit? I’m getting closer and closer to removing Scripps stations from my phone and my list of stations to apply to. Any stations worth keeping on my phone/applying to? WPTV is the first/only one that comes to my mind.

Man. This hurts. Both Mark and Vic were icons at WJZ. Now that Mark is gone, who’s going to do sports?

I give them props for trying different things in order to stand out. But that video walk is almost overwhelming because of its size. I hope that they tinker with the set and make some minor adjustments. I’d like to see a riser behind the desk or something. I did notice that the weather center is unchanged.

I wouldn’t be surprised if they get the same set that WEAR, WSBT and KATV got.

I loved Jason and Amy. It’s sad if they’re both leaving, especially since Jason essentially kicked off FOX weather by being the first person to speak when they signed on.

I honestly hope that KTUL is one of the stations that gets sold. They’re a good station. They just need a bit of TLC. It’s a real shame how far they’ve fallen. Don Woods is rolling over in his grave.

I just saw this on KTLA’s Instagram. I can’t believe it. He was one of the good ones. A true icon. He was there on the morning news almost since the beginning. I’m heartbroken. Sending prayers and love to his family and everyone at KTLA.

I’m going to miss Jamie. I always thought she did a great job, especially with the championship parades for the Eagles and Phillies. It’s a real shame that she was one of the last remaining connections to the late, great Gary Papa.

I agree. I love seeing Stephen and Marissa together.

Hoping and praying that this happens. If it does, I’m willing to re-install all the Sinclair station weather apps that I previously deleted.
