What happened to the old living room set with the American flag above the fireplace? It was constructed when they moved to Times Square from uptown. IMO they should have kept it and modernized it, even when they moved downstairs.

The WNYW set reminds me of the old Studio B/FOX Report set, before they moved to the Fox & Friends studio and then Studio 12H.

Once Fox purchases WJW after the Sinclair-Tribune acquisition is complete - they'll dump it.

I could have sworn Greg O'Neill was KSAZ's voice up until they got the 2012 update? When I lived in Scottsdale, I vividly remember him doing the open: "Just you watch the best. You're watching FOX 10 News at Nine/FOX 10 News Midday/Arizona Morning."

Any update on Spectrum-Viacom disputes?

Dispatch and DIRECTV still haven't reached a deal. On 10TV News a few weeks ago, they even suggested affected viewers get an antenna to pull in WHIO out of Dayton for Bengals games. Saw an ad during the Y&R station break from WBNS urging viewers to get Spectrum, WOW, or use an antenna. This is the LONGEST i've seen negotiations stall

The Dispatch stations have been off of Directv and AT&T for almost a month... The last major retransmission squabble between Dispatch and a major provider was in 2000... between them and Time Warner. Time Warner refused to carry ONN in the Columbus market, so if I recall correctly, Dispatch briefly pulled WBNS until ONN was carried. No mention of a resolution thus far.

WBNS has also copycatted the CTM set for their local version: "10 This Morning."

WDTN used the camera graphics long after the sale from Hearst to Sunrise in 1998.

I figured I'd create a thread for Fox due to the continuing developments at Fox News and the O&O station group since the Ailes sexual harassment scandal began in July of 2016. Former O&Os (WJW, WHBQ, WFXT, WDAF, etc.) can also be covered under this thread. Kristyn Hartman moves from Dispatch-owned WBNS in Columbus to Scripps owned WCPO in Cincinnati.

I could see their website becoming ClickOnColumbus DOT com.

I have been seeing Local 4 creep into WCMH's promos more and more... "Local people. Local 4 you. NBC 4."
