  1. I kind of expected better for KFVS. I hate how they tried to reloop the graphics during the slogan. The transitions of the logo give me Microsoft PowerPoint vibes. Finally, why are the still placing the time under the logo in the open on a design from the limerick package?
  2. Wait..... This is real?!?!? Tegna... are you even trying anymore or.....?
  3. A very cheap and horribly animated version.... I expected better from KOLD.
  4. https://youtu.be/Wmni704DmY0 The new KEYC intro is giving me KOLO vibes.
  5. Just saw a picture on Dan Marries Facebook page. Looks like KOLD has replaced their Surat tans with a video wall.
  6. Not sure when this happened but KXXV has changed their branding, again. They’re now going by 25 News and using the slogan “Connecting Central Texas. Still using the limerick graphics but with a glossier logo and odd animations.
  7. I do like the look of the new logo, but I’m going to hate to see the limerick package go.
  8. I really don't see most of the stations changing their url, especially the ones with 2 news operations like WBRE/WYOU, WTWO/WAWV, and WTVW/WEHT
  9. Heartlands WFFT updated their news and weather logo while keeping the old nexstar package. Now know as FoX55, they have the o&o logo while mocking the Tribune logo transition In the close, you can see the new weather logo. Tell me, where did they get the idea for that logo? ;)
  10. WTAP mocking the package NBC O&O's used before Look F.
  11. For the first time in history, the Terre Haute, Indiana market officially has all the major television networks. Starting today, WTHI-TV will be airing the CW network on 10-3
  12. KKTV trying waaay to hard to mimic WABC's 2008 look
  13. I think those graphics seen in the video shared are just used when both KARK/FOX 16 simulcast coverage of severe weather and breaking news. I found a KARK video on arkansasmatters.com posted on 7/7 that shows them using Look G graphics. (See screenshot) I also found a Severe Weather Special from 2014 that aired on both stations and that program used the Journal look alike graphics (see screenshot) seen in the video shared here.
  14. Looks like WTHI will be the first in the Wabash Valley to broadcast weekend morning news. Saw on the guide that the new show will air on both Saturdays and Sundays at 8am.
  15. Morris owned WMGT also uses this package.
  16. The theme used in the regular open kind of sounds like the music that WIS used in this tease.
  17. I was half asleep when I viewed the opens this morning, so I didn't pay much attention to what they said. After re-watching, I totally agree. Not only is it completely unnecessary, it sounds so forced and unenthoused when they are saying it.
  18. Those are the opens?! I'm sorry, but those are horrible..!
  19. Looks like they're still using the old NBC graphics for weather? I saw a video on their Facebook that's uses a toned down version of the yellow weather open, and saw this picture on their twitter. Video:
  20. The graphics are the same but the set is completely different from WEVV, as WEHT/WTVW have the Nexstar set. Honestly, they should've waited a another year or two to change the branding, music, graphics, set, etc.. since it only premiered about a year ago.
  21. Speaking of KLAF, looks like they're under going some kind of change. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_L2lhGapKaA
  22. I believe that was a syndicated package that VDO created for KNWA.
  23. KCAU unveiled their new look and set. Theyre of course using Look L and some weird variation of Aerial that DOES NOT fit with those graphics at all. I'm really liking the set though!
  24. Like Big Country News said, It's probably cause 360 is owned by Arnold. KFTA uses 360 as their theme. I can't remember if there are any other Nexstar stations that use a 360 package.
