Tuned in to KRON4 at 6 today and was shocked by the new graphics. Much better than their last refresh, that's for sure.
But what I'm most excited for is their new music which features the familiar and iconic Instant Classics by Michael Boyd. Such a signature sound for KRON and it's great that they were able to keep it front and center even with the new theme.
In this video about the music, they talk about the "four-note brand" that is definitely KRON. And it reminded me of NBC's chimes or something that, for us Bay Area folk of course, is so recognizable.
