Who To Contact To Cover A Story

I'm not an activist of anykind, but I wish I was. Here in New Milford, NJ, a local apartment complex is forcing flooded out families to move out in one week. They, the families, just received the notice today and they have to pack up what they have left and move out. No help, just move. The complex says they want to repair the damage, but this a rent controlled complex. It sure seems like a way to get rid of their old tennants and make money off their already shattered lives. I'm ashamed people can act this way to people who lost so much already.

If anyone here knows a news source I could conatct, I would really appreciate it.

Thanks,

Kevin

Well, you can call the news bureaus and send them tips for the story. Thats pretty much how it works, again I'm not sure what the numbers for each station, but I'm sure you can find the numbers and contact information on the website of the station that you are interested in covering the story for you.

Thanks people. I have the numbers. I was hoping someone had an inside connection at a station.

One thing that I learned is that doesn't work is their emails. They are useless. You have to call to make anything happen.

Thanks Again.
