Spring Rubber 614 Posted November 25, 2011 Share Posted November 25, 2011 I'm not sure when this move was made since I'm rarely in Chicago, but I noticed that they changed the name, and they still have a makeshift female voiceover for the opener that sounds like it was done in-house. I can't tell if it's Lourdes Duarte's voice, but I think it might be. Did they change the name because people tend to associate "Evening News" with the national network newscasts as opposed to the typical "News at Five" for local news?
