24994J 5280 Posted February 16, 2012 Share Posted February 16, 2012 March 12th will be an important day for two Chicago morning shows. First, Daniella Guzman is set to join NBC5 News Today. But today, CBS2 management announced that Kris Gutierrez, a Dallas-based Fox News Channel reporter will become co-anchor of CBS2 Morning News alongside Susan Carlson. Fill-in anchor Jim Williams will return to his regular weekend duties...but he should get a vacation, first. http://chicago.cbslo...morning-anchor/ A couple of things could happen in all of this... - NBC5 could pick up dissatisfied CBS2 viewers and vice versa - The established teams on ABC7 and WGN may lose/gain viewers that give the relatively new teams on 2 & 5 a try - Good Day Chicago could also show some ratings changes Scratch that last one, they aren't goin' anywhere.
