Here's a video link of a time lapse of construction on that part of the building. Appears it will be the newsroom area. Don't see any sign of the actual studio/incoming KLRT set in relation to it.

Some details just aired...

 

Expect to unveil in June. Fully HD with entirely new production/broadcast/weather equipment. Blurry images of the studio itself are clearly the KLRT set as previously advertised. Nexstar hired a local company to do the actual construction work.

 

Looks fantastic to be honest. Much needed and though I never thought I'd be saying these words: props to Nexstar for caring about these stations. Sorely needed for them and this market.
