Blurry images of the studio itself are clearly the KLRT set as previously advertised. Nexstar hired a local company to do the actual construction work. Looks fantastic to be honest. Much needed and though I never thought I'd be saying these words: props to Nexstar for caring about these stations. Sorely needed for them and this market.
