Kansas City is damn close to that 1 million household mark! I wonder if we can jump up to market 30 at some point in the future...

 

Of course, I would say that we are approaching that 1 million household market, obviously.

And after next week, I'll be moving from #202 (Fairbanks) to #9 (Atlanta, which we discussed about in the May sweeps thread). For the first time since 1985, I'm going to be living in a Top 20 TV market once again!

 

Could Phoenix dethrone Detroit in the #11 spot next year?!!

 

Been thinking that'll happen for years. It came close to happening in 2010 or so, as well.

 

But Phoenix might not crack the Top 10 (the gap between Detroit or Phoenix and Houston is some 400,000 households) for a very long time.
