Hearst Argyle Digital Sign On Promotions

I was wondering if anyone remember this one ad that aired locally on WBAL-TV and I believe nationally on other then Hearst Argyle TV Stations. This ad that I am thinking of was a promotion that was used to advertise that a station signed on their digital transmitter and I believed they started airing sometime between 1998-2002.

 

The ad was inside an empty warehouse with windows on the wall with an old black case CRT television sitting on a pedestal which was showing static. The camera then pulled out and showed a silver Sony WEGA television that either was dropped onto the old CRT TV or exploded. The advertisement used what I believe was Bill Ratner doing voice over to something to the extent of "Not just TV, (emphasis) D-TV."
