On Wednesday, WHBF in Quad Cities, IL debuted a new look. Complete with new studio, graphics, and brand change. The are now known as Local 4. Their studio is very nice. They are hoping this new look will bring them up in the ratings as have they have been the lowest rated in the market for quite some time.

Not quite some time... But for the past 3 decades that WHBF's ratings have been the lowest in the Quad Cities. I hate Nexstar but this is probably a blessing in disguise for the station and I'm actually glad that Nexstar bought the station to turn the station around.
