Need Music Identified

[ABC7 Los Angeles 1]

Hi, there is this song I hear all over the place. First, I heard it in this ABC7 promo I posted, then a few weeks ago on the same day, two local affiliates were using if for investigative reports teasers. Now, today I heard it several times on MSNBC. Can someone please identify it. Any help is greatly appreciated.
