How is Sun Broadcasting Inc not a shell company to Fort Myers Broadcasting Company?      They share executives, studio space & advertising depts how is this not illegal??

• WARO-FM
• WXNX-FM
• WFSX-FM
• WNOG-AM
• WXCW-TV (The CW, Estrella TV)
• Gulf Shore Life Magazine

 

Ft. Myers Broadcasting owns:

• WINK-TV (CBS, MyNetwork TV, Antenna TV)   **My Network TV affiliation was added 3/3/19 & Antenna TV was added 2/28/19**  
• WAXA-AM
• WINK-FM
• WNPL-AM
• WTLQ-FM

First off... first time I'm hearing of this new programming for WINK-TV. It's all on 11.2 too with MyTV 8-10pm weeknights and Antenna TV at all other times.

 

Second, yes, yes it is. Think of Montclair Comm. being a shell for Waterman.

That's what i thought.  ( thank you for your reply )  Something tells me the Ft. Myers Broadcasting / Sun Broadcasting combo is a lot more complicated than what Waterman & Montclair Communications have setup.
