civic110 18
I've been thinking about this a long time and have always meant to ask it... I get NY television and some Philly stations (6, 10, 17, 29 to be exact) and I always wondered....why on Sunday's does WCAU air The Today Show at 8am while WNBC airs it at 9am. Which time should it be aired? Why is that allowed on Sunday's? Link to comment https://localnewstalk.net/topic/1726-the-sunday-today-show/ Share on other sites

civic110 18
Well, WNBC has an 8am newscast...either can flip-flop where the local news goes. Now, WCBS and WNBC currently have local newscasts at 8am on Sunday's...so is this to rival WCBS and in hopes of drawing local viewers away from WABC at 9am (for their local news) to The Today Show's lifestyle stuff.
