sctvhound 27
That is surprising. Tallahassee only being the 108th market, so this is probably the smallest market that has an HD newscast.

Actually, Reno is the smallest market with HD news (KRNV and KREN).
tyrannical bastard 3464
You can only wonder when WCTV will take the HD plunge.... or WITN for that matter...
Mrtraveler01 737
What I find interesting is that Tallahassee is getting HD news before Miami does. What is the deal with that anyway?
alaskanews 108
What I find interesting is that Tallahassee is getting HD news before Miami does. What is the deal with that anyway? its up to the company that owns the station. larger market stations generally make more money than smaller ones, so they can more easily go HD, but ultimately its up to the company who owns the station. im sure the stations in miami are working on it. TSSZNews 1046
It's a shame all they did was upconvert their GO background. >_< -T
Guest zas1977
Who did they get to write that "story?" A fourth grader? It's shameful. "ABC 27 has a brand new look same faces, now you can just see them better a lot better." "By February 2009 the law FCC requires all stations to be broadcasting digital signal." "So what's this mean to you? For one thing a sweet picture." wtf?
